When faced with change, pressure, or uncertainty, the mind reverts to familiar scripts. If our current knowledge or capacity falls short, we experience stress, frustration, or overwhelm. Over time, these stress responses can manifest as chronic tension, hormonal imbalance, and mental, emotional, or physical exhaustion.
